9) HIPAA & Protected Health Information (PHI) Where Aqui Health acts as a Business Associate, PHI is handled in accordance with HIPAA and HITECH. PHI may be de-identified and used as permitted.

10) AI & Automated Tools We use machine-learning/AI systems for analysis, personalization, and fraud detection. No solely automated decisions are made with legal or significant effects.

11) Chat & Educational Tools Our chat assistant provides general educational information. Identifiers are removed where feasible.

12) Security We employ safeguards (TLS/SSL, encryption, access controls). No system is 100% secure. Keep your credentials confidential.

13) Children & Minors Services are not directed to individuals under 18.

14) Your Choices, Rights & Revocation You can opt out of marketing emails or revoke consent at any time via privacy@aquihealth.com. See Section 16 for state privacy rights.

15) Retention Information is retained while accounts are active or as required by law.
